I would like to introduce Makr, a new makerspace

Hei,

I would like to introduce www.makr.fi, a new, small makerspace located in Kallio, Helsinki. Makr has both traditional and innovative fabrication tools ie. DIY 3D printer, CNC router, hammer, saw etc. Right now there is one 40W CO2 laser machine under construction, and hope that it can be finished before this year.

Makr opens every weekdays from Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 15:00 at Ensi Linja 1, 00530 Helsinki.

From the descriptions and fees (100€/month), this sounds a lot more like a TechShop or FabLab than {hacker, maker}space. All the luck in either case.

Of course we can work with interesting project, and provide tools and equipments for free. The fee just cover some basic expense, as we don’t get any support or grant.
