  • cleaning=organizing up the place

      • wolfgar tuo yhden lisää, tutkitaan sitten tilannetta, tarvittaessa hankitaan joku halpa

  • Getting/moving internet data-plan into hacklab posession, currently under olmari’s name

    • Keep same or get something else?
    • VES moved in at the other end of builiding. What kind of internet?
    • Can we get the internet from VES and thus reduce our costs?
    • Do we care to share with them, or let them have own, we can still help out
    • perhaps still waiting for information on the VES/Anvia side before
    • we should still discuss our options ready, so we can act instantly when need arises
    • we need to pay (to olmari)
    • deal with VES is the preferred option!

  • 3D-scanner -project

    • We have 30pcs of Raspberry 2 B + camera modules
    • we have PoE switch
    • we have PoE-shieds
    • needed: mounts for pis and cameras
    • needed: rj45 cabling (there is some now, enough?)
    • needed: lighting
    • noobidoo as a project manager/leader
    • needed: a nVidia (CUDA)
    • 3d-scanner gathering on Thursdays @17

  • Courses (what to organize)

  • Monetary issues

    • Holviin puuverstas/hacklab -erottelu, prosentti?
    • storage fee/woodworking fee?
      • to distinguish the general monthly fee from the “other side works”
      • idea is to figure out why we have projects on the other side and how much
        we are willing to pay for the woodworking possibility / storage
      • woodworking/storage fee of 10€/m2/month of larger or longer projects?
      • How much we are willing to pay of the woodworking
      • e.g. should we have the woodworking in the future also or should we
        just “drop it”.

  • Funding ideas / depending on Courses

    • More general tools
    • Electronic construction kits for beginners
    • Electric overhaul (wood & payments on the clean side)

  • Future plans

    • Place for member tools, John’s workplace basement as a source of closet?
    • Make sure the workshop in total is feasible in economic calculations.
